Not always. Thanks to Direct Access, many patients in Pennsylvania can begin care without a referral. We will help verify your insurance and let you know what is required.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any paperwork from a referring provider if applicable. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement.
We accept most major plans, including Capital Blue Cross, Highmark BCBS, Medicare, TRICARE, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and Cigna. If you are unsure, give us a call and we will verify your benefits.
Most patients are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Flexible hours and evening appointments are available when possible.
Your first appointment includes a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. We will assess your condition, discuss your goals, and begin planning your path to recovery.
