Location: Mount Joy, PA Base Salary: $75,000/year
Resolute Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a motivated PT who wants to help build a practice, influence its direction, and grow into future leadership opportunities.
Our clinic has experienced significant growth over the last year. As we expand, we're excited to create opportunities for team members to take on future responsibilities in areas such as:
Clinic leadership: Help improve clinical quality, patient outcomes, and team operations.
Marketing and community outreach: Building relationships and connecting with our local community.
Student affiliations and mentorship: Help educate future PTs and develop our clinical education program.
$75,000 base salary with additional earning potential through our Prompt Compensation model.
40-minute appointments and a standard of 53 patient visits per week in a schedule with 60 total available appointment slots.
AI-powered Prompt documentation: Evaluations take me approximately 4 minutes to document, and overall documentation time has dropped to about one-third of what it used to be.
Weekly team meetings, monthly one-on-one mentorship with myself, Adam Domovich, and daily collaboration.
$1,200/year in student loan repayment.
$1,000/year in continuing education; PT license renewal and CPR certification covered.
3% retirement match
$100/month incentive for a 10/10 patient Net Promoter Score.
Our Prompt Compensation model combines base pay with variable earning opportunities, emphasizing transparency, autonomy, and professional contribution. Prompt reports average annual earnings 9.5% higher than traditional salary models.
