Compensation & Financial Growth
Base salary of $60,000–$70,000, plus performance bonus potential of approximately $8,000–$20,000+. Receive a 3% retirement plan match and student loan repayment assistance paid directly to your loan servicer.
Mentorship & Support
Benefit from weekly team meetings, monthly one-on-one mentorship meetings, and daily support from a strong clinical team. Every new employee is assigned a mentor for the first six months.
